At VEON I had a privilege working side by side with the world-class leaders and experts in the industry as a product marketing manager on transformation initiatives. VEON decided to change from a traditional telecommunications company into a modern tech. I was proud to lead and manage a multimillion transformation program to facilitate change of corporate culture and implementation of innovative products across 12 countries. I also supported C-level executives with VEON rebranding initiative in national and regional markets by managing activities with external & internal teams increasing positive cross-functional engagement between employees.

Various Transformation Projects
Working for VEON was the greatest value for me to learn the language of business in practice. I find this skill crucial to be a successful product marketer. I learned how to engage with C-level executives, supported local initiatives that resulted in the optimization of processes and over a million dollars in savings. I especially mastered my stakeholder and programme management skills whilst acting as a ‘go-to’ person for 12 countries such as Russia, Algeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ukraine, Kazakhstan etc.

Anna is a very focussed and driven project manager with a consistent ability to deliver accurate output in challenging timescales.
